Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd., the developer of Camana Bay, was established in 1995 after purchasing land that later became Camana Bay. Dart Realty has a portfolio of properties that are in various stages of development and operation such as Salt Creek, a multi-phase residential community, and Regatta Office Park, which consists of six buildings and 128,000 square feet of office space.
The management team at Dart Realty is closely involved in all aspects of the development from approving designs and the choice of materials to leasing and property management. Dart Realty is committed to the project in the long term and views the project as an investment in the future of Cayman. Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. is a subsidiary of Dart Enterprises Ltd., a holding company for a diverse range of businesses that operate both locally and globally.
