JIM LAMMERS has served as the Managing Director of Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. since 2003. He also serves as a Director of Dart Enterprises Ltd. Jim holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and an Economics degree from Stanford University, and has worked for the Dart Group of Companies for 24 years. Jim and his family have a home in Grand Cayman.

MARK VANDEVELDE is the Chief Executive Officer of Dart Enterprises Ltd. as well as CEO and a Director of Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. His distinguished career includes 15 years of securities investment-related experience and 10 years of real estate investment/development practice. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Michigan State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Originally from Monroe, Michigan, Mark and his family reside in Grand Cayman.

JACKIE DOAK is the Chief Operating Officer of both Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. and its parent Company, Dart Enterprises Ltd. Having grown up in the Cayman Islands, Jackie joined the Dart Group in 2003 and – in collaboration with an exceptional team of architects, city planners, landscape designers, and other experts – was instrumental in creating the Town of Camana Bay. Jackie plays a vital role in ensuring the development remains aligned with the Dart family’s original vision, which was to create a memorable Town that would be enjoyed for generations. With a Jurist Doctorate with Honours from the University of Florida, Jackie practiced commercial litigation in Tampa before returning to the Cayman Islands in 1993 to work in her family’s office products business, Hampstead Ltd. Always entrepreneurial, Jackie developed separate business streams into successful companies, including a software development company that continues to service the Cayman market. Jackie sits on the Board of the CAYS Foundation. She also served as a member of the Cayman Islands Government Planning Appeals Tribunal and was a Rotarian in the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman.

JUSTIN HOWE is the Vice President of Development at Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. He joined the Dart Group of Companies in March 2003, after two decades in the construction and property development industries, including over 15 years of experience in the Caribbean and Cayman. Justin earned a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, University of London and is a member of CASE. Active in the community, he supports Mentoring Cayman, Junior Achievement, and the annual Science Fair. Justin is a keen scuba diver and regularly takes advantage of the beautiful reefs across all three islands. He and his wife Emma have their home in Grand Cayman.

TIMOTHY SULLIVAN, Chief Financial Officer of Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd., is responsible for financial management and accounting systems for the Company and its subsidiaries. Tim has over 20 years of experience in the financial management of construction and real estate development companies, in addition to serving as Director for several hotel property holding companies and financial service groups. He received his Accounting degree from the University of South Dakota and is a Certified Public Accountant. Having raised his three children in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Tim currently resides with his wife in Grand Cayman.

Leasing Team

SLOANE RHULEN Vice President of Leasing for Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd., focuses primarily on identifying and securing new retail and office tenants at Camana Bay and Regatta Office Park. Sloane is also responsible for residential sales and leasing at Camana Bay and Salt Creek. She joined Dart Realty after establishing herself as one of New York City’s top landlord and tenant representation brokers. While working at CBRE and Newmark Knight Frank, she worked on behalf of numerous New York landlord’s including Marx Realty, Boston Properties and The LeFrak Organization. She played a key role in transactions involving several large financial and insurance firms, including Bank of New York, CIBC, Zurich Insurance Group and Acordia, Inc. Crain’s New York Business named Sloane to its influential “40 Under 40″ list in 2002, and in 2007, Sloane became only the fourth female chairman in the history of the New York Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association. Town Centre Management

KEN HYDES is Vice President of Place Management & Experiences for Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd., and is responsible for managing visitor experience within Camana Bay’s Town Centre. With over 25 years’ experience in the local tourism and development industries, Ken’s career started in the mid-1980s when he worked for McAlpine (Cayman) Limited as Plant Operations Manager after completing his studies in the UK. He joined the Cayman Turtle Farm in 1993 as Farm Operations Manager and, by the time of his departure in 2007, was Managing Director/CEO. Ken is still involved with the Cayman Turtle Farm, serving as Chairman of the Board. He is also a member of the Hotel Licensing Board, Cruise Director of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association and a member of the Health Appeals Tribunal.

ED SEMANS is Senior Property Manager at Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd., and is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial property within the Town of Camana Bay. Ed has extensive residential and commercial property management experience, having managed stratas, HOAs, condominiums, office, retail, and industrial projects. Ed has managed and leased in excess of 5 million square feet of commercial space and has directed management of 15 separate condominiums and home owners associations. Prior to joining Dart Realty, Ed spent 15 years as a Director of Property Management, where he had the opportunity to train and mentor managers in all aspects of property management and leasing. Ed is a graduate of Penn State and the University of Rochester. He is a Certified Community Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional.
