Two of Camana Bay’s newest culinary collaborations — Camana Brew and Camana Booch — are making their way to local restaurants and events for public enjoyment.
Camana Brew, a crisp and refreshing golden ale developed in partnership with Cayman Islands Brewery, officially became available at 12 Camana Bay restaurants starting 7 July. The beer was crafted as a tribute to the town’s vibrant community and offers an easy-drinking option for diners looking to sip something brewed close to home.
Camana Brew can be found at Abacus, Agua, Cask, KARoo, LOCO, Mizu Asian Bistro + Bar, Next Door, Pani Indian Kitchen, The Tasting Room Wine Bar, The Brooklyn Pizza & Pasta, Union Grill + Bar and Waterfront Urban Diner.
While Camana Brew heads to restaurant menus, Camana Booch — a sparkling kombucha crafted in collaboration with local brewer Jessie's Juice — is gearing up for a different kind of launch.
The fruit-forward fermented tea, known for its bright notes of hibiscus and local sorrel, will feature at Camana Fest on 30 Aug., where a pop-up stand will give festival-goers the chance to indulge in this low calorie, packed with antioxidants drink".
Together, these locally developed beverages reflect Camana Bay’s ongoing efforts to celebrate Cayman and create bespoke offerings that complement the community's culinary scene. Whether you prefer something hoppy or something bubbly, Camana Bay now has a homegrown option to match.
