Cask, the island’s first whisky bar and a haven for premium spirits enthusiasts, recently launched its Cask Whisky Club Loyalty App — a sleek, rewards-driven platform packed with incentives, tailored experiences and an easy way to stay connected with everything Cask has to offer.
Available now on both iOS and Android, the app is designed to engage customers through a seamless digital rewards system and exclusive content. At its core is a robust loyalty programme offering 5% cashback in the form of points, which can be redeemed for drinks, to purchase Cask merchandise, tastings and more. Once specific points thresholds are met, users can convert their points into vouchers to apply to their next purchase.
“When planning the launch of our business, we wanted to put a programme in place that rewarded our customers for their loyalty and also ensured they felt connected to the business and appreciated by us,” said Rob Eyers, director of Cask. “There are different ways to accomplish that, but given how pervasive smartphones are, launching a Cask app seemed like a natural step to take.”
The app also features a tiered loyalty system, unlocking curated gifts as users ascend spending levels. These range from branded merchandise and whisky glasses to VIP tastings in Cask’s exclusive Woodlands space — a luxurious private space perfect for corporate gatherings, celebrations and curated dining events.
Inside the app, users have full visibility into their points balance, tier level and upcoming promotions. It also delivers real-time updates on special events, food and drink offers and members-only giveaways. A built-in QR code function allows for easy in-store scanning, connecting purchases directly to a member's profile for instant points accumulation.
Cask is more than just a whisky bar. It’s an immersive experience featuring more than 400 whiskies by the glass, handcrafted cocktails, craft beer on tap and a wine list that rivals the best. Cask offers Monday to Thursday happy hours, complimentary cheese boards on Fridays and live music Saturdays. This venue has become a sophisticated destination for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
“In addition to our cheese and charcuterie boards — plus homemade pies — we have partnered with Nourish to provide a curated catering and fine dining experience for groups and corporate functions. This can be as simple as tapas or sharing plates served to guests through to a five-star plated fine dining experience complete with wine, cocktail and whisky pairings,” Eyers said.
Recognised in April 2025 as one of the Top 10 Best New International Cocktail Bars in Latin America & the Caribbean by the prestigious Spirited Awards, Cask continues to raise the bar.
