Did you know that World Environment Day is celebrated every year on 5 June? The 2020 theme of this globally recognised day is “Time for Nature.”
As you make time for nature on this day, and every day, here are five things you can see and do at Camana Bay that are perfect for helping you incorporate more nature into your life.
1. Take a walk outdoors

Did you know there are a number of new walking trails at Camana Bay? Located directly off the Festival Green, a nature trail takes visitors to Camana Bay through three paths filled with local flora and fauna indigenous to the Cayman Islands.
2. Sit back and relax

More than 30% of Camana Bay is designated as public space! Stop by and spend time with nature in Canella Court, one of the five Camana Bay courtyards, perfect for an afternoon picnic or morning coffee with friends.
3. Learn about flora

Have you ever noticed an interesting plant in the Camana Bay Town Centre? The Camana Bay Times regularly features a different species of flora found in the Town Centre and include facts and features!
4. Stop and smell the roses
While roses (apart from the desert rose!) may not bloom in Camana Bay, so many other species of plants do. The Camana Bay Town Centre is home to more than one thousand species of plants. Enjoy the convenience of a walkable town centre and explore and enjoy all that is in bloom.
5. Limit your carbon footprint
