Several shops and service providers at Camana Bay earned top honours in the Best of Cayman Islands 2025 awards, with recognition spanning food, fashion, health care and banking.
From boutique retail to professional services, Camana Bay tenants collected multiple gold and silver awards, underscoring the Town Centre’s reputation as a destination for quality and variety.

Highlights include TABS winning gold for both boutique shop and menswear, Island Jewellers being named top jewellery store, Gelato & Co. honoured for their tasty treats and Cask Whisky taking gold for cocktail bar. Health-focused businesses such as Align and Health City Cayman Islands also collected multiple awards.
The annual Best of Cayman Islands programme recognises excellence across dozens of categories based on community votes.
