Camana Bay recently introduced a free and sustainable way to get around town: Camana Bus.

The community shuttle is free and 100% electric. It operates a loop around Camana Bay with a route that features seven stops throughout Camana Bay weekdays between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.

"The reaction to the Camana Bus shuttle has been very positive," said Jose, a shuttle driver. "Those riding enjoy the fact that they can ride in an air-conditioned environment and also stay dry when it's raining."

A daily average of 50-60 people have hopped on since the bus first got rolling late last year. There are plans to expand offerings to include a morning route as well.
