The Newst food and beverage establishment to open in Camana Bay promises a fresh cocktail experience with a classic bar environment that will appeal to all. Opening in July, Next Door – as its name suggests – is located directly adjacent to its owners’ existing Camana Bay restaurant, Agua.
Restaurateurs Walter Fajette and Cristiano Vincentini set their sights on opening Next Door during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rather than being intimidated by the challenges the pandemic and subsequent Cayman Islands border closures posed for the hospitality industry, Fajette and Vincentini seized the opportunity to expand.
