I’ve worked in Camana Bay since 2012.
How would you describe your day-to-day?
My day can be manic or uniform, generally depending on the weather. The day starts mid-morning answering emails and getting the restaurant set and ready for our lunch rush. I take a break during our changeover from lunch to dinner menus and then come back to host the dinner settings before making sure we are fully stocked and orders are sent for the following day’s business.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I enjoy the friendliness the service industry provides, meeting new people as well as regulars each day and the people I work with.
Favourite Camana Bay memory?
Would have to be meeting my wife here!
What's something we don't know about you that we should?
I have a big obsession with koi as well as a passion for art, both having big influences in my life as well as the direction it goes.
