I can’t quite believe the amount we packed into our week in the Cayman Islands. I was so excited to get back to the Caribbean after falling for Anguilla in 2016, but it didn’t take me long to learn just how different each of the islands are.
Just an hour from Miami (I couldn’t quite believe it was so close to the US), you’ll find Grand Cayman, the biggest of the three islands that make up the Caymans. This is where we’d be spending the first part of our trip. After a quick change and shower, I made my way down to dinner on the beach, the perfect introduction to any warm destination, and especially so when the beach you’re dining on has been named one of Conde Nast Traveler’s Best Island Beaches in the World.
