World Cup matches to be shown on the big screen

Rugby fans eager to watch their team tackle the World Cup can kick back and take in the tries while watching live at Camana Bay Cinema.

The sport's biggest event starts 8 Sept. and runs through the final match on 28 Oct.

"Camana Bay Cinema is excited to diversify our content by showing live rugby matches," Camana Bay Cinema General Manager Corey Randolph said. "You'll be able to watch all the world cup action on Cayman's largest screen and unmatched audio package."

Fans can purchase tickets to view a live game in the VIP theatre for CI$10. In addition to the state-of-the-art surround sound and immersive atmosphere, fans can also enjoy draught beer and a Bloody Mary station as well as a variety of hot food options and full concession menu now featuring three new breakfast pizzas.

VIP theatres are also available for private hire, with a small auditorium available for $250 and a large auditorium for $500. Those interested in booking private viewings can do so by visiting bigscreen.ky/rugby.

The competition features 20 of the best teams from around the world. Many experts believe France or New Zealand have the best chance of lifting the Webb Ellis Cup.
